The worst Airbnb experience I ever had, I have canceled my booking in the middle and booked another place due to gross negligence. The place has very basic facilities, no hot water, washing or cooking facility, The host promised to provide those before my check-in date but, never happened. The host even didn't respond to my queries or did not even answer to the phone after I checked In. I had to push the Airbnb until I get my full refund and book another place. I feel like I was utterly ill-treated. What a disgrace.
Extremely clean rooms. Convenient overnight carpark for an extra fee. Make sure you pack a towel if checking in after reception hours as there were no hand or bath towels in my room. A small, but important detail.
I highly recommend staying here. I stayed here for over a week and had the most pleasant stay. Great staff that are helpful and friendly.

It's very a new condotel, modern & clean. Reasonable price considering it's on the North shore. Because it's so new I guess, they have not had time to set it up fully yet? Basic things like a waste bin & bath mat not available in the room. For dinner, I used the nearby pub for dinner - Pymble hotel. Excellent food, very big menu and great value.
Prices are excellent, I stayed over a week for business meetings and very happy i found this place for future reference. Our greeting was extremely friendly from the manager who showed us our room (with a balcony). The room/building was very clean & modern, comfortable bed, very clean shower. Tea/coffee also provided in the room. Secured on site parking also available. Will definitely recommend this place!
Very lovely clean room with nice linen, a comfy bed & good pillows. My only issue was the small mirror in the bathroom. The manager Patrick went out of his way to help with any questions & issues, & even sent the phone charger I left in the room back to me! Outstanding customer service, thank you.
